[help] w-inds. ring tones & wallpapers

Does anyone know where I can find w-inds. ring tones and know how to add it in the cell phone? Does it matter which cell phone of the ring tone? I mostly see Nokia ring tones, but are there any for Samsung? Anyway, I really want to put up a w-inds. or Ryuichi picture as my display picture, how can I do that or get it from. By the way, my phone doesn't have a camera. x[
