update?
this weekend was nice.
on saturday as soon as i got off work i went to jade's grandfather's memorial service. it was amazing. i missed half of it, but what i was there for was so cool. jade, along with other members of her family performed these Hawaiian dances to traditional hawaiian music played by her uncles. it was just an awesome celebration. that is exactly how i would like my service to be--not that i'm planing on having one anytime soon- a huge celebration.
on sunday, my dad and bev came up and took me shopping to replace the things that heather took when she moved out. the apartment looks amazing, i'm so proud of it. living by myself is still going to take some getting used to.
only 6 more weeks of school. -yeah i've already started the countdown. as excited as i am about it, it also means i only have 6 weeks left to bust out those grades that i need to get this semester.
-now off to take my geology exam. seriously, if i can't get an A on this rock test i'm going to shoot myself. get that celebration ready.
