I'm moving to Portland, finally! A small duplex with another queer girl, sharing a room with Adina for 250 a month. And I get the entire garden space all to myself. THat was seriously the selling point for me. Yep.
My new job is ridiculous and I'm curious to see how it actually turns out. 15 demos a week gets me in good with the Boss who already likes me and sets me up with 400 dollars a week. A sale gets me comp for up to a thousand. Yep, I'm a salesperson. Let me into your house and buy my machine! But I have to go the office everyday at 9.30. Lame for late nights and hangovers. I walked in all smokey eyed the other day, wearing my third bandana of the week to cover up my accidental, first-time hickey. I'm on the fifth today. Tomorrow with a sixth, either brown or green. I'm beginning to really feel comfortable with the style fitting into my wardrobe.
I bought shoes for a dollar but I could have gotten then for free. The dollar was for charity sake. She asked fifty cents.
Headed to Seattle this weekend for Block Party. It's going to be AMAZING, i think. I just need to find a ride home because my date is leaving me there for California. Selling my ticket for Saturday! Interested?
Biked around NE today, whatever it was that was going on. It was lovely.
Purchasing a road bike tomorrow for at most 300. I'm tired of borrowing and can't manage my crappy pink mountain bike any longer.
