"Today Was a Day Just Like Any Other"
So my room is freeeezing. It's seriously like 25 degrees colder than the rest of the house. Could it be because my bed is covering the vent? Or the fact that I always leave my door closed? I think I'd like to blame it on something other than my idiotic actions. Building error? I'm thinking yes. The other day when it snowed really bad there was frost on the INSIDE of my window pane. Hmm. So here I am sitting in sweatpants, sweatshirt and slippers huddled in front of the computer. My mom thinks I should rearrange my room. I agree. I also think it's time I get curtains (my neighbors can see me/my silhouette through my blinds at night. Kinda creepy!) I also need to hang my shelves and pictures. And I think I need some new furniture. My cute lamps deserve a nice little nightstand or something. I Love Lamp
So far my break has consisted of:
- Work Friday through Sunday.
+ I made about $200.
+ Monday my sister cut and dyed my hair.
+ It's pretty sweet; I finally got rid of the baboon orange color as my dad called it.
+ Monday night I hung out with Tim and Lance and drank until 5 in the morning.
+ So freaking proud of myself. I'm usually ready to pass out at 3.
+ We talked and they told stories about Slowik's highschool days. Haha.
+ Tuesday night Robert Slowik had a basketabll game at NIU.
+ Tim, Lance, and I went and met up with MIke there.
+ Mr. Slowik bowed down to me and kissed my hand. I'm so special. Haha.
-/+ Today I have work from 4:30-10:00. I like that shift; It always goes by fast and I'm usually first off.
I can't wait for tomorrow. I'm goin to UIC to visit my Michael (and of course Bauer and Miss Ally) Thursday night through Sunday. St. Pattys in the city will be fucking amazing. They're trying to get 2 green kegs. I'm making lime jello shots. Should be a fun and crazy time. Hope to see all of you there. Lata bitches!
