This should be available to students before choosing colleges.
I recently found the graduation rate of Cal U. Only 42% of students graduate in 4 years. More than half will drop out, fail out, stay for a fifth year, or, if their smart, transfer to a better university.
Then I ran a comparison with some other colleges:
% of students graduating in 4 years:
Pitt (Pittsburgh) - 45%
Penn State (Main) - 52%
Syracuse (Laura's college) - 60%
IUP - 75%
W&J (Liz's College) - 87%
With the exception of Pitt, all the other schools I looked up graduate at least half of the students in 4 years, and out of all of them, Cal still had the worst graduation rate.
My advise to freshman? Transfer.
