This was.....
One hell of a weekend. I want to first say that I single-handedly saved the alley by donating three dollars on top of admission so I think all of you should thank me.
On Friday I went to the Alley benefit show and saw lots of friends, good times. I think the Valentine put on the best show by far not only because of their energy but because of their originality (I also bought their EP which is fantastic). Adore Miridia was fun to watch as well and I bought one of their T-shirts. The rest of the bands were okay and I really had a fun time watching my friends play in xthick as bloodx. I thought they put on an awesome performance the first three or so songs but then their energy stated declining towards the end and my main man Joey got a bloody nose during their set. The only thing I would've done differently that night is not lied to my parents about where i was going and not bothering to pick up the phone when they called. Also getting at Lenny's house around 2 a.m. and then having the find out wasn't good either.
On Saturday their was band practice which was a shitload of fun. We have almost one fucking song completed but were moving at a painstakingly slow pace. Oh well I think its worth the wait because the song is so amazing. Then when I got home Saturday night I got a visit from Stacy and Josh Rosenberg which was cool because I finally got to catch up with Josh about College and life in general.
On Sunday I pretty much ate shit for all day until I got a visit from Stacy and we chilled for a little bit but she had to leave because her Mommy needed her.

A VERY FUN BAND PRACTICE=)
