A lot has been going on...
During this weekend I did a ton of shit and was probably one of my most productive. On Friday I got home and headed to Lenny's house but not before removing my guitar equipment from Stefano's house which was sad because I knew I would not be seeing him for a while.
When I got to Lenny's crib I was greeted by a warm smile and we then proceeded to tear shit up with the guitar parts we made up. I'm really excited to be writing songs with him because I feel we work on the same level and both want to take songs in same melodic direction. The only problem is sometimes we feel like we've got to tone it down on some metal or melody because the band may not like it which sucks when you want to write something a certain way, but what can you do?
After Friday we brought all our shit to Josh's house where we met up with Sergio and Steve-o and worked on some more songs. I think this new band has a lot of potential give it some time and we'll be tearing up the scene pretty soon;)
Then we all decided to go to Sunset place (included Randy, Maddie, Josh, Sergio, Me, and Lenny) while Nolan went to the alley. I saw Alien Vs. Predator which was an awful movie and I feel for anyone who wasted their money as well and I saw all the kids from Carver that I was good friends with so we caught up some. When we got back we were all forced to sleep in horrible conditions which included around five guys and one mattress, all I remember is hearing Sergio complaining about how he should've been dropped off. Hehe. My dad picked me up the next day and it was the first time I had seen him since Friday afternoon so I talked to him and ate shit all Sunday.
I want to know if anyone wants to make plans to go to the alley Friday it looks as though it'll be a good diy show. By the way its my birthday this Friday just want to let people know if you feel like making plans holler at me.
Today was a bad way to start off the week. By the way Steve-o your belt was a godsend!
