Boston area real estate
It's no secret that I have been looking lately at what it would take to own my own home. It has been a goal for a while, and I am finally looking into the details. Boston is not a cheap city to live in, to rent in, and especially to own in or near. I'll give a good example:

Yes, this is a $200,000 garage in Nahant. FYI Nahant is where the big sewage treatment plant is - not in the city of Boston but up on the North Shore. $200k. I'm not saying it isn't worth the price. I'm sure it is to some people. Just not to me.
