some raw stuff

so i took a yoga class and since it was at the community college where i work (and thus free for me) we had a final, which happened to be researching raw recipes, making food and talking about what we learned. this one was mine:

Sunset Pudding

2 bananas
1 mango
5-ish strawberries

Put in a food processor (or a blender, I suppose) and you're done.

I actually doubled it and didn't count the strawberries, but it made quite a bit because it was surprisingly really filling. I imagined it would come out kind of like a smoothie, but it was much thicker. I put it in the fridge and ate it for breakfast the following 2 days. It kept pretty well, but you could tell there was a difference from the first day, but not exactly unexpected with the bananas...

Also, one of my classmates made kind of a raw/vegetarian version of PF Chang's lettuce wraps, which were awesome. She basically cut up broccoli, cauliflower and carrots, threw in some peanuts and brought the lettuce for us to wrap it in. We added some soy sauce (and optional avocado) and that was it.
