First cafe shift yesterday. I think I'll like it. I can almost make a cappucino...for a non-coffee drinker, that's exciting.
FINALLY, a book I've been waiting for came in. Read it, so the series is complete!
4 weeks into Uni and I think I'm behind already. Torturous assignment went in to my lecturer - 150 words too ong. I don't know what's gonna happen there. I have learnt alot though, and I have heard several names on the radio, poster for a play, talked with another lecturer etc. about the topic - mechanical reproduction and the impact on art between 1905-1930 - which is exciting in a strange way.
I had a few days up in QLD - the whole family went and was great to see Grandma and other rellies, especially a 23 yr old cousin I haven't seen in 5 yrs. Coming home was a bit interesting...we turned up at the airport, only to find out there were no flights into Tas that day...a little embarrassing! So we spent another unexpected day there, coming home Wednesday. Shorts and t-shirt weather too!! Plus a day at Dreamworld, where we went on all the water rides - and got wet. VERY wet.
