something is happening
I don't know how to put this in a way that makes sense but...
There's a guy outside, wearing a golden jacket, two pairs of short-cut pants, and gold boots with circular trinkets on them. There are all sorts of gold-coloured things hanging off of him, like some kind of angel with wings...I can't really tell what they are. He has a blue wheelchair that he's not sitting in, with a whole bunch of red fabric, and he's draping the fabric all over the steam clock. Oh, and he's wearing a huge shiny metal helmet with a bunch of pipes sticking out the top.
The concord security guards told him to take down the fabric, which he did (then he asked if he could drape it on the lamp post instead, to which they said no). Now he's standing there, looking at the steam clock and talking to random people as if he's trying to figure out a puzzle. They keep pointing to the top and the bottom of the steam clock.
And now he has whipped out a long red string with some metal balls (or bells) attached to the ends of it. He just whipped it at a guy riding a bike with a guitar on his back.
