Took two days off of running, ate normally, and gained all the water weight back. :b Doesn't that just figure. Ran 4 miles today in 36:13 - my legs apparently liked those two days off.
I'm trying to scrapbook tonight, but I have so much work to do. I want to try and do even just 15 minutes a day, keep those creative juices flowing. It's so hard to just put off work to do something for myself.
Going to do that now.
