My Day
I just got back from State Festival. It was okay. We (the band) didn't perform that great. We got an overall rating of a 3, which is equivalent to a "C" or "good". We had to get a 1 at county to make it to state, which means we were given an overall rating of superior. How did we jump from superior to just good? I guess that shows you the level of competition on the state level.
My baby gave me another suprise today. He gave me one of those Hershey cookies and creme bars that are the best!!! It's white chocolate with pieces of chocolate cookie inside. I love that candy and I haven't had it in so long. Last night when we were talking I said that I was going to go to the store and buy me one. The next day he hands me one. I know that boy loves me.... the only question that lingers in my mind is are we or can we be in love.
He never told me what was on his mind so I'm still in suspense. He wasn't really in the mood to talk about it today, but he said that he would probably tell me by the end of the day. Here it is 9:30 and I still don't know. I'll probably find out later... or not at all. I don't know. We'll see.
I have missed so much school this week (legally). I went to school all day Monday. Tuesday I had an away game so I missed half of my day (5th to 8th period). Wednesday (today) I missed basically all of my classes. The only class that I went to was first period. Thursday I'll be in school all day. Friday I won't be in school at all because I'll be going on a band trip to Williamsburg for a competition. That means I won't write again until Sunday or Monday night.
I might be getting my learner's (finally!!) next week. My mother said that she might take me after one of my AP tests next week. Don't question me on why I don't at least have my learner's yet, okay?! Let's just leave it at I wasn't old enough for a while and when I was I didn't jump on it.
