Have at Gerik, in a more than unwelcoming bar, all by himself. He slams his fists onto the counter, almost expecting that he would be accompanied by his troupe. Until it took more than a while before anyone walked in. He looked around bewildered that his friends would pass up this time to let loose for once.

"OI!

Where the hell is everyone!?"

Ohoh, now here's something I can sink my teeth into. Saleh! You've finally arrived.

...Terribly jovial, for finding yourself in a location unknown.

What's wrong with that? We've nothing to lose. If you're feeling too worrisome, theres a fine selection of beverages here to take your mind off it.

You of all people should know my opinion on drink.

Wishful thinking, I guess. That's fine, though. So you just here for the sake of bonding with me? I'm flattered, Saleh.

Wishful? For a "friend," you are quite set on seeing me act like a fool.

...Something to that effect. That, or desperation.

[If ever Saleh has come close to laughing, this is it. It's a very small chuckle, at least!]

Oh? So you know you'd act like a fool? Didn't know you've gotten to that point, Saleh. Everyone is a different drinker, you know.

Ouch. That hurt, friend. For what reason would you desperately need to be here with me, then? Hm?

[Of course, he's saying this all in good humor. He doesn't point out that Saleh just cracked a kinda-smile at him. He'd ruin it if there were more to come..]

All are fools, simply different sorts. Angered fools and laughing fools are both still of the genre.

Even one such as I will become slightly lonely after long enough without any familiar company. Lonesomeness leads to madness, and I cannot afford to become mad.

Saleh! Geez. Okay, okay! Enough with the anger and the lonely, and the madness.
[He pauses. Saleh really had a fuse when it came to.. emotions.]

Lets just talk here, then. Just about anything. I'll be all the noisy company you'll need to ease your maddening wait.

...Thank you for your patience with me. That sounds...agreeable.

It's not a problem, Saleh. It's my pleasure.

I assume you have found yourself here recently?

I did. Honestly, I wasn't aware that I wasn't without companionship until after a while. Didn't bother me that I ended up here, though. What about you?

It has been about a week, I believe. I am not sure how long it took me to notice that I was in a home that, while very much like my own, was not.

It is very like you to not be bothered. Have you any word of Ewan?

A whole week? You've must of been very distracted, my friend. Very.

I've been through a lot worse. This situation left me in a bar, which is by far lucky in my book. As for Ewan... [He pokes onto his own forehead, trying to pull whatever memory he had.] No, I haven't. Don't think he'd end up in a place like this, although I'm more than sure he'd have no moral dilemma to enter such a place.
