Yes this is just an educated guess, there's no proof to convict any of these three.

No, the problem I have is not why Orgemon took the hair, but why the body would be holding hair in the first place. The Tamer was stabbed in the back and killed instantly had the hair of the attacker in his hand? Don't you think that's a bit odd?

Yes, this was made to look like a murder, and a murder committed by Miss Lindy, Orgemon's tamer.

That's what he wanted it to look like, if he was stabbed in the back it couldn't possibly be a suicide, do you remember the high temperature of the room and the water marks on the floor? Or how everything in the room was tossed about but the chair next to the body was left standing?
Harold could have made a hole in a block of ice and placed the knife in it, the used the chair to throw himself backwards onto the knife. The heat being turned up would have helped the broken block of ice melt quickly after he was done.
For proof of this look at the mark on the floor near where the body was found, it probably matches the size and shape of the knife handle perfectly.
However I think Harold out did himself trying to frame Lindy, when Orgemon saw the body with the hairs he thought Lindy really had done it and tried to hide them. If Harold's fingerprints show up on one of Yoko's brushes then this can be proved.
