We were given yet more pointless tat from LexisNexis - how they think a bottle-opener keyring suggests "electronic legal resource provider", I don't know.
Late shift yesterday, so I took the opportunity to get a haircut.  Probably had it cut a bit too short - my Midlands hairdresser reckoned my hair's too sticky-outy
and fine to look good short, and perhaps she's right.
Picked up 12 books for £1.20 at the Enterprise shop in Crystal Palace on way to work.
BookCrossing Meet-up last night - I popped in during my break from work, then returned at 9 for a drink & natter.  semioticghosts was very nice to me, as I was in a bit of a gloomy mood.
Found myself in the Cittie of Yorke again this lunchtime.  We had a trainer come over from Sirsi to teach us about the Serials module we've bought.  Charmaine & I persuaded our boss to get petty cash to buy him (& ourselves) lunch.
Got to go and pack, now, ready for "Newcastlecon" this weekend.

haircuts, charity shops, chat, pubs, bookcrossing
