Had Thursday to Monday off, as my mum was coming up for the weekend.
Spent Thursday still out of it from cold - I didn't crawl out of bed till the afternoon. Mum was supposed to come from the Midlands on Friday, but she heard how I sounded on Thursday and offered to wait till Saturday.
I was feeling a lot better by then, and met Mum at euston. Then we went to see La Bayadere at the ROH. Marianela Nunez in the lead. Good stuff - the Kingdom of the Shades middle act is awesome.
On Monday we went shopping, which Mum liked.
