visited my mother this week. Made Christmas puddings (yet more Xmas puds, in my case), went shopping, listened to my mum talk endlessly. Also brought her Christmas decorations in from the shed, put up the tree and helped decorate it (yes, I know it's a bit early, but Mum wanted to do it).
