It was a tiny 2.5. How she thought she could make it pass for a small 3.5 is beyond me. Plus the neighbour's balcony gave right onto the main room windows, complete with a bench right under the window. No thanks. -___-;

Not really. I don't want a horde of drunks to overrun the place every St-Jean... Unless I find a killre deal but I doubt it.
I'm looking in St-Sauveur, St-Roch and Limoilou. The closer to work the better.

yeah, my cousin lives in st-sauveur.. lots of people vandalizing things there.. but I can understand the need to get closer to your job.
