ok I failed my 1 hour glucose (i wasn't shocked) so this morning I had to do the 3 hour. man was that awful. the sugary stuff is fine and I pretended it was tequila and did shots, but about 4 hours later I'm about ready to die I think. the nurses seemed surprised that someone would go back to work after this? but no one mentioned that before

its not hte worst thing that can happen in pregnancy so I'll totally be fine regardless. just careful with what I eat. but I'd rather that then PIH or something !!!

well i'm not a doctor or anything, so take my opinion as a grain of salt. honestly though, if someone made me drink a super sugary drink i'd probably feel that way too. you had a good first trimester like me :p i only got sick a couple of times, and all cause of brushing my teeth :o)

yeah, well i'm pretty pessimistic about it but not worried if that makes sense :) and i don't think you are a doctor. i think regardless if someone gives you a bucket o sugar after you fast for 12 hours you will crash hard too!

omg my gag reflex was sensitive and couldn't brush my teeth properly either!!

haha i was barely skimming my teeth up until week 15. i even thought it might've been the toothpaste. who knows. all i know is that i'm glad that is done with. :)
