Elaborate, if necessary:
Personality
Though Leanne first appears to be a quiet, serene princess, she's got a lot of not-so-hidden spunk. Intensely stubborn, once she has hold of an idea, she won't let go. If you're an authority figure and you say no to her, she'll just cheerfully smile, wait for you to leave, and then do what she wanted to anyway. And when you catch her at it, she'll just blink up with wide, innocent eyes, and it usually works because she is so innocent -- most of the time. However, she doesn't go subvert authority for the sake of doing so. She only takes these risks if she strongly believes in the cause, such as the protection of her friends and family.
And, as both a Leanne and a heron princess, she has a very solemn side to her personality. She views serious matters with the utmost importance, and she won't joke during a time like that. She's gentle in her own way, forgiving those most people normally wouldn't forgive. Perhaps part of this is her naivete, but she truly believes the best in everyone, and she believes wholeheartedly in second chances. She'll stand by her convictions despite any opposition, owing to her utter stubbornness and to her sense of morality.
Because she was asleep for most of her formative years, she still has a childish innocence and naivete to her. She's eager to find out how the world's changed, but she still hasn't lost her childlike perspective on life. This leads her to being a bit ditzy at times, but she's usually levelheaded enough.
She's a little bit timid in new situations, but that hasn't ever affected her protectiveness of her friends and family. She will rush headlong into dangerous situations to protect them whatever the consequences. This may have been influenced by the fact that her own life was saved by her sisters protecting her at the cost of their lives and that all her life, she's been the one who's needed the protecting. Leanne's all grown up now, she thinks, and she wants to do her job to protect others now.
Abilities
As a heron laguz, Leanne can transform into a heron at will, though heron laguz are larger than normal herons. She retains her wings in her human state.
Heron laguz have certain powers, among them the galdrar (singular galdr), songs in the ancient language with magical powers. The galdr of vigor rejuvenates the subject (it allows allies to move twice, game-wise). The galdr of rebirth restores souls. The galdr of bliss raises morale, while that of sorrow lowers it. The galdr of valor give laguz more strength to stay in their empowered animal form. The strongest battle galdr, that of recovery, completely heals an ally. There are other galdrar, but those are the only ones the game directly mentions.
She has minor magical healing abilities outside the galdrar. Furthermore, as a heron laguz, she also is able to "see into people's hearts." Herons, being very empathetic, can sense the emotions of others around them. It's not really telepathy, since they can't read minds. Those who have a similar power (e.g. HP Legilimency) can block against her power, though.
Like all Heron Laguz, she is terribly weak. If she punches someone, she will end up breaking her hand instead of the offender's nose or anything. Since she's a bird, she has hollow bones, making her very fragile.
Relationships
Reyson and Rafiel are her brothers and her only remaining siblings, as an unknown number were killed when their home, Serenes Forest, was burned. She loves them very much, though she does feel that they are too overprotective at times. She's strongly dedicated to both of them (Reyson more since he's more like her and closer in age).
Hawk king Tibarn has been the protector for her and the other herons for as long as she could remember, and she's very grateful to him for that. She's comfortable enough with Tibarn to joke around with him and to smack him, sometimes, even if he's a big scary hawk king with muscles.
She has a major soft spot the size of a small country for raven king Naesala, even if she knows that he's done some not-so-nice things. After all, he's been part of her life both before and after her long sleep, and he was the one who rescued her from Gritnea Tower with the horrible mad scientist when she was captured. She also has a sort of a crush on him, though she doesn't really realize it's a crush. She just knows that he's very handsome, she likes spending time with him, and if anyone dares bully him, she'll punch them in the nose.
Other
Since she was asleep in a forest for twenty years, Leanne doesn't really speak the modern tongue fluently. She's learned some in the three years she's been awake, but she's still rather horrible at it, even if she does want to learn. Languages just aren't her thing. Even though tne ancient tongue is her mother tongue, I'll be playing her with the modern tongue as her translated-into-English language, since a good part of her character in the game is her having fun at poking fun at people when they can't understand her and being confused when she can't understand them.
What are they bringing to Nuadoria?: An elixir and two reaper cards. The former is a vial of healing potion, while the latter allows her to attack.
