India is expensive.
I went to get my card out today to get money for my trip to Goa, and found that it was missing. Looks like it went missing on the 26th - the day that Beric went home.
They've spent over £300 on my account. Of course, I'd taken out a ton of cash that day, so I didn't use my purse again for ages, until today.
Unfortunately for them, it's almost certainly a casual, lucky theft, and it looks as if they've paid for at least one telecoms bill. They don't give out phones in India without significant proof of id (I had to provide my passport). The chances of them being caught are reasonable.
What I don't get is why they'd take the chance of being caught by spending £1.50, 3 times, in a restaurant...
