...Both this island and its single town are called Memento Eden. Every single resident of Memento appears here mysteriously, and without memories save for their names. The rest of your memories will slowly return, often connected to strange events that occur from time to time.

Each newcomer is assigned a room in the Ari Apartments - the unnaturally tall building on the east side of the town. Your name should already be on the list - you'll see it when you get to the apartments. It's hard to miss.
