[Writing is big and unrecognizable. Also some of the letters rip through the page--claws are not conducive to writing]

(OOC: If anyone goes to the park they may find that one of the trees has a lot of broken branches on the ground now. She fell asleep in one and woke up as a minivan-sized dragon.)

[Big, awkward, slowly written handwriting.]

I'm...tentacly. It's hard to write, but you seem to have it worse.

...where are you?

...flowers? So, the park? I'll try to get there. I keep tripping over myself.

[It took a while for Renae to get there. Her current state was far different from her natural one, that her coordination was completely thrown off. More than once, she tripped over herself but slowly and awkwardly managed to reach the bridge that lead into the park. She still wasn't sure what to expect from Cara, but considering the size she must be, finding her probably wouldn't be an issue.]

[Cara is currently circling above the park... she's actually rather enjoying being a wind drake. Flying as flying, and not just on dragonback, is wonderful.

She glides down when she spots the big purple octopus oozing over the bridge and stumbles on the landing, just managing not to tumble over herself. This is taking some getting used to. She screeches a hello, though she doubts octo-Renae will understand it.]

[Renae jumped at the sudden appearance of the wind drake and the loud screech.]

Don't eat me!

...is that you?

[It had better be Cara, because in her current form, she had no idea how to defend herself. Most likely, she would trip upon trying to slither away and then be doomed.]

[She makes a strange noise at Renae's reaction and the sight of an octopus jumping, a sort of dragon... snicker. Kind of. Not unkind, though.]

[She nods a bit awkwardly at Renae's question, and gives a friendly squeak.]

[...was that a snicker?]

It's not funny!

...okay, it's a little funny. I guess. No wonder you couldn't write, but at least you're able to fly.

[Yeah, a tad envious. Cara got wings and she got...tentacles. Despite the inconvenience, she'd have chosen the form that was more fun.]

[Ducks her head apologetically. Yeah, being an octopus doesn't look fun. She can talk, though! Or well... Cara's pretty sure she can talk. She'd be able to understand her either way.]

[She flaps her wings and motions to her back with her head. Maybe she can give Renae a ride to make up for it? Hopes she gets the pantomime.]

[At that, Renae perks up. Flying atop a dragon as an octopus was bound to be awkward, but it was better than not flying at all. Besides, it seemed like a good momentary distraction from their predicament.]

Okay! Um...lemme see, how do I get there. Maybe if I--damnit!

[She tried to slither aboard but ended up tumbling. The stubborn girl -octopus- wouldn't give up after one attempt, though.]
