What does -san mean? I don't think I've seen it before.

you need merely ask on the journals, or if it is questions you would rather ask in person, I am usually at the book store.

It is an honorific from my world, Cara-san. Something like Miss or Mister, but genderless. I feel more comfortable with its formality.
