Wanted: one arc, size small
Our basement *flooded* yesterday.
A sprinkler hose burst sometime in the early morning and sent water gushing into the basement entry, and of course the drain was clogged. Around 5am I got out of bed to go to the washroom and stepped into a centimeter-deep puddle of water.
Um, NOT FUN, guys.
Course it took us about half an hour to figure out that the water was coming from outside, not from a leaky pipe inside.
Mum & Dad helped out for a couple hours, but Mum had her Masters classes to go to and Dad went to work so I spent the whole day mopping up water with towels, wringing out towels, again and again and again.
