My Update

My practice has been going really well. I think this was the kickstart I needed. The first couple of days were a little rough but now I am doing 30-60 minutes every morning. Weekends seem to be a little harder for me to do it first thing in the morning but I am doing it.

The core of my practice is prayers, sitting meditation, alignment, kala, and a daily tarot card. Then if I have time I add in a couple other Feri exercises.

I am feeling really good, really strong.
