And I'm Back!
So, I realize I haven't posted since the start of last term (wow, it has almost been a year...), but now that the summer has started, I realize that I will once again have plenty of downtime, so I decided to start up my LiveJournal again. Huzzah.
Don't expect much of an entry now; it's 4:10am and I have to get up a little after 11am tomorrow (Jen and I are going to Coral Glades to visit some old teachers). However, I think I'll try to keep up with LJ for awhile, so you can (hopefully) expect some degree of consistency in the future. But for now, this is just my "Hi, I'm back!" post, I suppose.
My layout is a bit different. I actually really liked the old one I had, but I felt it was a little busy, I went to make it a bit simpler and LJ asked me to switch to the new layout management system (supposedly it is easier, but it really just gives you less control), and it seems to have restricted the freedoms the old system gave me. At any rate, I am actually quite happy with my new layout, so I think I'll stay with it for awhile. Not quite as blue as I would prefer, but good nonetheless...it is called "Shiny", how could I resist?
Anyway, expect a post sometime in the near future about the research I'll be doing this summer (I'm really excited to get started) and whatever other things I feel like talking about.
