so my father got a new car about a year ago. everything was cool...its a new pretty tricked out explorer.
took it into the dealership the other day for a oil change, and tire rotation, drove out, the wheel fell off.......that freakin place is SOOOOOO lucky my parents don't beleive in suing people, cuz well, they would have won bigtime. it did a ton of damage to the car, and the rear axle, and a bunch of other expensive parts need to be replace....my dad was as calm as he could be all things considered...
needless to say, they are fixing it for free
