food and tofu pups
yesterday we enjoyed some high quality grub. we grubbed on some "pigs in a blanket" but tofu style, and with a very colorful salad.
salad contents: golden tomatoes, red bell peppers, summer squash, zucchini, fresh spinach, flat leaf italian parsley, peas, goat cheese, and smoked tomato basil dressing.
lemme tell ya what, it was an enjoyable lunch/dinner with good company on the porch:-) topped off with some drunken cmu students running around and wreaking havoc. here is a link to some of the fantastic pictures:-)
