A Long Awaited Update!!
Well, I don't think it's that awaited considering hardly anyone reads my journal. I just use it to take up some time and get some stress off my back. Well I've graduated college and it really hasen't quite hit me yet that I'm going out into the real world. I've been putting in about 50 hours a week at my cooking job, going to stay there until my lease runs out in August. Then back to Mt. Pleasant for a bit, I need to start sending out some apps for jobs there real soon. I have my app ready for Grand Rapids, Madison, Lansing, and Taylor PD. It would be nice to be able to get in but right now I'm just hopping for the best. I have the MCOLES writing test in June and the Physcial Test in August. I should breeze through both.
Other then work, 2 of my roommates moved out so there's only 2 left, so I pretty much moved my room into the living room, because it's much more relaxing to type with the sun coming into the house instead of the dingy basement. I also can play PS2 and actually hear when ppl knock on the door. I'm also filling out lots of apps, writing thank you letters for LPD, and also I going to voluneteer my services for MSU Police and just patrol for suspicios activity. The good thing about that is I get a radio and get to drive one of their unmarked cars, so that should be interesing and also a great resume builder.
My cable is gone, as I disconnected it, but my computer cable modem I couldn't give up, I guess I love the net way too much. Well I'm going to do some reading and catch some rest. I've been on 6 days and a row and tommorow is the last day I have to work before I get a day off. :)
