Preseason update!
Rookie camp is almost over O_O
I have to teach AND pass off THE ENTIRE GOLD PACKET tomorrow morning (There's a handful of other rows in the same position though)
There have been rookie tears. Both out of pain (pulled muscles) and frustration.
One of my rookies pulled her groin from chief stepping. Before we passed it off. She spent all last night icing and heating her muscle, and then today, wrapped it up in an ace bandage, drugged herself up and pushed herself through it. Hardcore :D The rest of the row passed it off last night and she passed it off by herself earlier tonight. She totally rocked it though, and thankfully staff is understanding:)
I would like to set the blue packet on fire. But since we didn't have a lighter on hand, my rookies all took a whack at it with my sad panda spoon after we finished it tonight :P
I have faith that all my rookies can make block (or an alternate position). I'm only truly nervous for one though. BAHHH. I think I'm more nervous than they are. I don't know their music scores though, so I honestly don't know where any of them stand.
My rookies love me- They call me momma panda. :)
