Yayayaya
I'm sick sick sick right now but I have been trying not to let it drag me down too much. I am pretty concerned about Quinn getting my stupid cold, so as hard as it is I have been trying not to cuddle and kiss her so much.
I've been spring cleaning this week!! I have 4 bags of stuff and another closet full of clothes to bag up!! I am having a yard sale the weekend of the 24th and 25th in hopes to get some money for 1st months rent and damage deposit for a new apartment. Ohhhh how I hope I get enough cash. This place sucks, and I am happy we only have a few months left.
My mom has started putting the idea of getting a house in my head. I reeeeally don't think that's a good idea until next year because my job is unstable because of all this health shit I've been dealing with. I still have my job, I just haven't been able to even think about getting my exams done right now. I need tons of practise and at least 3 months to do so. She keeps saying stuff about how she is willing to invest the down payment for us and it'll be a good opportunity to make money if we sell in 3-5 years but I am soooo worried about debt and budgeting and fuck, everythinggg. Me+house talk=no thanks. Renting doessss suck balls but I am not ready for a house. Maybe I can rent in a house?? I'll have to look into that more...
So Quinn is just over 5 months now and she has started "cuddling" up to me!! She lays her head on my chest and just relaxes while I watch tv, and she pop her head up to look around, and then slams it back down onto my chest. It's so cute, and getting a lot easier to put her down for naps this way.
She has decided that putting her feet in her mouth is a good idea... Good thing they're not dirty. :P
She eats/drinks from a spoon rice cereal 2x a day and loves it! I am thinking about starting oat cereal soon. The food process is so interesting/complicated with babies but I am excited to see her reactions when we start other solids.
She is no longer a water hating baby! It's been about 2 months since she has stopped completely freaking out when we bath her, now I take her in the shower with me and she absolutely loves it! Showering with a baby... I never thought I would be doing that!
She is teething like crazy and I feel so bad for her poor little gums.
Ok, Quinn is sleeping sooo I'm gonna get a nap in!!
