[Sakura is pacing the in front fofthe medical tent, lit by firelight, the sphere following]
Neil, thank you for tea the other day. I really needed the company, I appreciate it.
Miss Allison, would you like to train together a bit? I'd like to see how you fight.

Don't correct me when I'm annoyed.
Are you coming to visit or do I have to find you?

Tea?
[ Because it's more interesting if she has to find him. ]

Fine. It better be good tea.
[Picks up her medical bag out of habit and pours sand over the fire, than heads off to search for Sasuke, sphere following.]

[ He's sitting nice and neat in his treehouse. He's not bothering to mask himself, since by now it's a moot point as far as concealing his residence is concerned. ]

[She arrives beneath his tree about ten minutes later and looks up, hands on her hips.]

You wanted to talk.
[ It could have been a question, except he didn't phrase it that way. ]

Is it because of the other you, the one from my world?

More or less. It's easier to form an understanding of someone new by observing them.
[ Or the people around them. He hadn't wanted to interfere inadvertently in any sort of first interactions between the two. Politeness and respect for the individuals involved, really. ]

But why avoid me? You talked to me fine before. I've known since the start you weren't him, that doesn't change that I consider you a friend.
[She was still confused how to treat the situation, but she'd been unhappy when Sasuke sort of backed off. With Naruto disappearing she'd felt pretty lost. He might not have been her Sasuke, but she still felt closer to him than anyone from other worlds, even if Neil was starting to really gain her trust.]

[ And that had the air of truth - a complete and utter truth, to him. ]

I guess so. Does distance still seem necessary? I would like to talk to you more.

Then breaches an entirely different topic. ]
I see you've been talking at Itachi.
Reply
Yes. Probably more than wise.
Why? What happened between you two?
