Awesome Yuletide Fic!!!
I just got home from two days of family Christmas celebrations and so I haven't had a chance to really explore the Yuletide archive, but I DID have the chance to read my story, and IT IS AWESOME! I LOVED IT! CAPSLOCKY LOVED IT!
I got a Yuletide story for a prompt I've submitted for at least two, maybe three Yuletides, and had kind of given up on the idea of it ever being filled. AND THEN THIS YEAR IT WAS! AND IT WAS FILLED SO EXCELLENTLY! The fandom is Grosse Pointe, the awesome WB sitcom from the late '90s that was a behind-the-scenes show about a 90210-esque WB soap opera. I requested a Dave-the-Stand-In/Marcy story, because I wanted the resolution to their low-key romance that the show never gave us because it was canceled after a cliffhanger, and THIS FIC SO DELIVERED! Here it is:
Day of Reckoning -- You've spent the last year hurtling toward this day of reckoning; not even the sick feeling in your stomach is gonna make you shut up.
