So, if you like blood, guts, a dead cat in a freezer, and lesbians, then May is the movie for you! This movie is absolutely crazy but definitely well done for such a small budget. The story is about a girl named May who was born with a lazy eye. As a child her mother told her that in order for her to be liked, she had to hide it. When that didn't work out and May wasn't making any friends, her mother told her that the best thing to do if you can't make a friend is to make your own. By making your own she meant actually MAKING one. As she was telling May this she gave her a doll that she had made as a child. This doll was inside of a glass box that May wasn't allowed to take it out of. This doll became May's only friend for her entire life. The movie skips forward to May all grown up and working in a vets office. She sees a boy who's hangs she loves and becomes obsessed with them. Eventually May and the boy end up together until a steamy makeout session leads to May biting his lip and rubbing his blood all over her face which obviously freaked him out. He obviously dips. Then a lesbian who works with May, played by Anna Feris, shows interest as May is mesmerized by her perfect neck. ANYWAYS, everyone ends up dicking her over because she's a FREAK so she decides to make her "perfect" friend using her favorite body parts from the people who have hurt her. After constructing her Frankenstein-looking "perfect" friend she gets even more crazy because the friend can't see her so what does she do? Rips out her fucking lazy out and put it on the damn things face. Crazy but I definitely give it 2 thumbs up!
