Has everyone seen Slashdot's tiny article on sea surface temperature? Scary, ne? Global warming is already killing thousands of people, and destroying others lives and livelihoods and still the American government refuses to sign up to the Kyoto agreement.
Of course then we have the Australian apology parody, which I had no interest in until the Australian PM had the parody site shut down. Why can't these people take these sites as what they are: a laugh. It's not the end of the world! The more you shut down the sites, the more you open yourself up to ridicule from others.
And for all GMail users there is the news that deleted E-Mail no longer deleted. No, it's stored on the GMail server and can be subpoenaed by the American courts if they feel like it. Well, no more Al Qaeda contact for me then. :p
