I've been exploring... There's a lake, and I found lots of strange buildings, but I don't know what they're all for yet.

It's just forest all round the whole town. Does anybody know how far it goes? Has anyone discovered if there's anything beyond it? I saw a road that goes to something named "Onsen"...

Is there someplace safe to sleep? Or

There's other stuff past the end of the forest, like mountains and a desert, but nothing interesting. The mountain doesn't even have any spirits living on it.
