I'm a good friend of Jon's. This post may be biased, but that's because I've never spoken to Teddy, but I've known Jon for longer than any of you.
Is someone telling you to dye your hair blue a reason to hate them? I can't see how that is. If so, enlighten me, but I remember when he went through that whole phase and he told me that all he said was "The ticket to being cool is dying your hair blue." and appariently, to this you responded, "You're an idiot. I'm known for having the lightest hair in the grade." END OF IT. What makes that significant?
I personally am Asian, and Jon and I were best friends in the 6th grade. The whole time. He made jokes about Japanese bombings, but that's all.
I don't know anything about YAMS, but from what I understand he did not seem kind about it.
And this war on scenesters didn't even involve him. He told me the other day, "I'm glad it's Jack and Tom, not me. I don't wanna get into another fight."
Putting aside the first two, arbitrary complaints, you in theory should also dislike anyone highley involved with YAMS, and the war against the scenesters. But you chose Jon. Because of a conversation he said in confidence to someone else that you stumbled upon? The fact that he didn't broadcast the info to all the affected people shows enough that he doesn't want to get into anyone's buisiness.
And it seems like the only person responding on your side is Brokendream91. It seems like you opened less peoples eyes than you shunned.
"Is she hot?" Jon's always been like that. And if you have a problem with his blatant curiosity (he's thinking aloud what all guys are thinking inward.), then I'm sorry, but plenty of people in the world are gonna be like that.
"You think sxe people are human? Liar." He's putting out a bad vibe but he's obviously simply trying to egg Matt on. He obviously didin't mean it.
"I hate how he admires YAMS." I can't make an opinion on this, but he told me this today.
"TooCoolOOO: Mike Stanton was a kid who everyone felt sorry for because of his lack of friends and grotesque appearance. People (myself included) tried to be his friend, but he took advantage of the pity and made it seem like they needed him, which was quite the opposite. He was an asshole. The group started in latin class and everyone, Teddy included, thought it was funny. Later, when Teddy realized the potential trouble he could get in with the group. Dropped out quickly and denied his involvement or knowledge of the groups intentions. He pussied out when he couldn't face the consequences himself. He can't take responsibility for his actions, and stil won't to this day."
Probably filled with bias, but put that out there.
To the people who'll think I'm Jon or was sent by Jon, I wasn't, and over the internet I need to give that solemn word. I just feel like the whole thing was done behind Jon's back, and he had no way to defend himself. He won't post because he "doesn't want to get involved in a resolved issue. an issue only revived because of the lack of "drama" going on at the moment, attention whores needed to bring back a dead fight.
