more Black Mage Village stuff
It's been fun here so far, but I hope we get to do what we came here for and soon. Vivi's been showing us around and introducing us to everyone. All the black mages seem kinda shy but they let me ask all sorts of questions and answered as best they could, so I think they're nice! I got to draw a lot of them too, I'll have to get a new sketchbook soon. They have the cutest little chocobo too, though I still think Kiki's the pretties of them all.
Grandpa's been all Recluse Guy, deep into his research mode stuff. He hasn't said anything, but I think he's found out something serious and doesn't want to tell us yet. I hope I'm wrong, Vivi and his kind need some good news.
I wonder if Vivi got that love letter or not? Eiko and I (well, she started, I just helped fine tune it) composed one and snuck it into his room at night, but haven't heard anything about it. Hmph, you'd think that would have earned at least a fainting spell or something. Maybe it was just misplaced.
Freya's leaving us, and I wish she didn't have to. She's been such a nice friend, but I guess she can't ignore other things when duty calls. Oh well, we'll keep Fratley company so he doesn't get too lonely without her since he's staying. Maybe I can get some more sketches in, he didn't seem to mind me doing those...
