It would appear that my...death...was caused by severe blood loss, resulting from a bite wound to the carotid artery in my neck.
Hard though it is for me to accept the existence of traditional vampires outside the realm of folklore from Ancient Earth, it would appear my injury was caused by one.
I would like the opportunity to speak with the person responsible, not for the purposes of punishment, but for the sake of contact and closure. I would like to understand your species, and why you attacked me.

I have had the opportunity to discuss with my fellow wardens to great extent the new rules set by the admiral, and I believe progress has been made to make this situation more tenable for all parties.
I have yet to be assigned an inmate of my own to replace Sharon. Maybe this means she'll be back.
