this entry is being treated as if it takes place on friday night. and not 5am saturday morning.
Tonight was pretty awesome. My friend Bekah drove out from walnut creek to go to an art show with me. The show was at the Autobody Fine Arts gallery in Alameda. Its pretty cool cuz there's this main room where exhibitions are held, and then in the side room my friend Domingo rents the space for the Everybody Get Up gallery. So tonight in the EGU gallery was The Lady's First: art show, where my friends Sarah, Mary, and Shannon had work in the show. They did some really awesome pieces. (the show will be up for a while so come check it out) In the Main room was the Zeitgeist art show with 12 or so featured artists two of which were my friends Matt Ariquistain and Kris Newell. A bunch of friends came through to see the works, Andrew, Katie, Nick, Ryan and Demi. So i got to hang with a bunch of people i dont see very often.
After the show Bekah, Matt, Nick, Demi and i went to Dennys and were chillin. They called up their friend Greg so he chilled with us too. Andrew and his brother came later. Then Matt Grant called me up midway through the meal and asked what i was up to by the time we'd finished eating he rolled in with Cisco, Miguel, and Stef and we all hung out and ate foods and chilled. It was a really fun evening.
Tomorrow I believe i am going to the MOMA with my aunt. Later tomorrow evening there is a birthday dinner in berkeley for my friend Charlotte and Carissa's boyfriend Joey. So that should be good times as well.
Sunday is open i think.
