The girl who thought she had nothing
was always jealous of the girl who had it all.
She made herself feel the sting
and then unto her knees she would fall.

with nothing more than a blank stare,
She would watch the blood drip.
Inside her heart had a tear
that time always seemed to rip.

She walked alone in utter silence
watching everyone from a distance

They whispered about her behing her back
Always taunting her for being the outcast.
Always taunting her for what she lacked
Always taunting her for her past.

Eventually the scars would fade
but the laughter would not.
It was always the girl who paid.
until there was the sound of a single shot...
