Finally, i decided to lug my sick butt outta the house to get some fresh air. I've used up more than 2 boxes of tissue & the damn air at home is just so stale i thought i'd die suffocating. Besides, I had errands to run. So called up Grace & we headed to town. Bought some craft stuff to do something special & had xiaolong baos @ some Chinese restaurant. Shit. Did i mention that i've been on a xiaolong bao marathon recently? I can't stop xiaolong-baoing. Damn addictive. Please, Ding tai fung's overrated. Too commercialised la, now their xiao long baos taste like mere mass produced ones. yyerrk.
Okay. So Orchard's boring. It's good to have friends who drive. MUAHAHAH. we decided to head randomly to East Coast Park to CYCLE. my dad's so gonna kill me when he finds out im sick & cycling.
Is it just me or East Coast has the foot path & cycling tracks combined. Well, you might notice several things when cycling @ East Coast Park.
1) It's everybodys' Mothers' Road.
These ass-heads just park their bicycles right in the middle of the tracks and stop to admire the surroundings. bloody inconsiderate morons. LIKE HELLO. move to the frickin side la. you don't own the damn road. I saw this entire family who happily parked RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE of the tracks and mind you, it was a party of 6 bikes. how frickin' dangerous is that.
2)Psychotic Cyclists.
The 2nd group of ass-heads who cycle at like 120km/h. Why? Got award at the finishing line ah?
3) Itchy fingers.
Bloody idiots who can't stop ringing their damn bells even when no one's obstructing their damn way. Ringing all the way it's like they have this 24hr finger spasm thing going on.
4)Pedestrains(who are blind/dumb/stupid)
They'd prefer to walk on cycling tracks than on the path with clearly printed Huge ass FOOTPRINTS. Next time, they should just walk on the main road and steer clear from the pavement/sidewalks.
and then it was off to t3 for ice-cream! Terminal 3 was disappointing. Didn't get the hype about it. Perhaps the colour combination wasn't quite eye-pleasing.
okay. medication kicking in. sleep.
