I remember someone mentioning that they had a script or a process or something that they used to reformat their writing for LJ posts. How, exactly, do you do it? I type in Word, with a very specific style (0.5" indent on the first line, double-spaced) and it translates very, very poorly to LJ (no indents or spaces between paragraphs) and then I have to waste days of my life hitting the space bar or the return key and it's just sad. I've thought about altering the style in Word, but having to indent before or hit the return after every paragraph will slow me down too much.
Also, don't forget your crits are due by Saturday night! So far, only
blehmeh05 has critiqued
paigeroberts's submission, and only
chibibluebird,
blehmeh05,
paigeroberts, and I have critiqued
hendrikboom's. Let's get cracking!
Finally, how many (if any) of you have read parts of Eternity in an Hour's first chapter? (Tristys and Rami are the main characters.) I posted a bit of it to
brutal_critters, and I am just curious to know, because the first chapter in its entirety (it's long, as a fair warning) will be my post this coming Sunday.
