I am clearly PMSing
because I am crying due to the fact that I miss a childhood friend who moved back to India TEN YEARS AGO. Ten. We've kept in touch sporadically since then, even managed to meet up a few times, but really just quick e-mails here and there.
I thought of her today because I had a patient with the same first name.
You know, sometimes there are great people in your life, people you are meant to meet and BE with, and circumstance pulls you apart. That's kind of how I feel.
