About 20 years ago a weird blemish showed up on the side of my head.
I went to the doctor and she said "That’s not good, time to go to an expert."
He cut it off my head and sent it to the lab.
It turned out to be my metal allergy giving me a problem where my metal sunglasses touched the side of my head.
(This is why my wedding ring is a rubber O-Ring, I don’t wear watch and have no piercings.)
We’ve done a lot of driving the last month and I’ve worn my sunglasses a lot.
When there was a bump on my face where it had been sunburnt, I did worry a bit. Then, I noticed that it was just where the frame of my metal framed sunglasses rested on my cheek.
So, I decided to drive the last two weeks squinting without my sunglasses to see if it went away.
And, it did.
Yesterday when running errands ZZ Top’s "Cheap Sunglasses" came on. So, I bought myself some sunglasses with big plastic frames.
Hopefully that will prevent other things from showing on my face.
