There is a part of our parking lot that the squirrels like to use for target practice.
So, we took my wife’s car to the car wash…

Going out to pick up dinner Friday I saw a Jeep owner that doesn’t follow that "keep all appendages in the car" rule…

It was again a dramatic sky for Chinese food.

My wife gave me my Christmas present very early. The box was sealed with a wax seal that took a lot of work to remove without breaking.

It was a very cool dragon egg she got from Poland.

It came with other stuff too. It was very nice, so I restored the seal and put it on my desk.

Today was very nice.

So, my wife and I went over to the local botanical garden that is open, even while having a lot of construction.

And, they have benches.

The formal garden seemed a bit more wild than normal, but was still very nice.

There were a lot of butterflies and bees about.

We didn’t know what kind of flower this was, but it’s interesting.

We didn’t doo the full woods trail, but still went through a bit.

I did see a local crossing the path.

It was a great day.

We’ve had a lot of rain lately, so the lake was very full.

They’re getting ready for their wing exhibit that hasn’t opened yet.

They had an interesting exhibit of artificial flowers made from old bags.

The vegetable garden had things too.

Then, off to the car and home.
