It was a quiet week at work. My boss and both engineers who work for me took the week off. A bunch of other folks did as well.
Plus I spent two days doing an on line conference on leachable contamination in medical sample containers. At least that was on European time, so started at 5 in the morning for me…
So, I didn’t have to go in to the office at all.
Next weekend we’ve got our first in person performance since March. And, it has me looking at a lot of data on the plague.
New Hampshire, where the show will be, is running at only 10% of Massachusetts and we’re planning all kinds of precautions. But, I still worry.
I’m not ready to throw in the chair yet.
OK, I don’t know which of my neighbors was doing that, but it took up a lot of the dumpster.
The states we’re allowed to travel to without tests and quarantine keep changing. But, it is never very many.
I tried to order us lunch on line Friday, but it was rejected.
They called me as it is a place we get food from a lot. (The Chinese place that provides the cookies…)
"Hi Frank!" the woman who runs it said. "You asked for sushi, but our sushi person doesn’t come on until 4."
So, I reordered something else. On my way to pick it up I saw the leaves are already beginning to turn.
Friday we did a game night playing "Race for the Galaxy". It went OK. Playing against two folks with Phd’s I won half the games we played.
Today at the supermarket they were out of my wife’s favorite cookie.
Sad.
