Week in photos

Jun 21, 2020 20:10

Monday I cleaned the plant debris off of my car and went in to my office.

It was a busy day in the lab with many things to test.

But, the thing they were supposed to un-box three days before was still in the box.

On the way home I got into an actual traffic jam for the first time in many months.

I worked from home the rest of the week. The birds were very impressed.

They’re still not certain of the cactus in my window box.

My wife got a fancy new egg cooker. We’ll see how that works out.

I continue to try to play that highway game. My best score: 1364. The second best score in the world: 30230. The top score 17504141.
I think someone has found a way to cheat, and it’s not me…

I felt the need to do something creative this week, but this was all I got.

I also felt compelled to express Marzipan Suit.

Saturday, clean another car and go to the store.

If you’re OK with one brand, they’ve got the toilet paper.

One of our favorite restaurants is doing outdoor seating.

I still got our food to go and we ate at home.

Today we drove up to our friends house in New Hampshire. Like us, it’s just them with no other contacts. And, they’ve been good about staying separate.
She’s made Phoenix Swords masks for us.

We sat, at good distance from each other, by the lake near them.

The house across the lake from them looked more like a 2D painting to me than a real house.

The lake beckoned.

Folks soon were swimming

In the distance we heard thunder, but we kept swimming.

But, the storm was clearly getting closer.

So, we got out of the lake.

We did drive through rain going home, but saw a rainbow. It did not photograph well…
